Born and resident in Santa Inês, Maranhão, Marvin is a self-taught artist who expresses his references and preferences through a diverse range of art media, including drawing, painting, music, cinema, and regional culture. This was the first time he participated in a selection process and in an art show.

In his panel Jogo das Artes (Arts Game) shown here, he synthesizes the feeling and expectation he experienced during the initial stage of the project. There was competitiveness, but also mutual understanding, partnership, learning and interaction among the artists. In order to produce a large format panel, he created a patchwork in which he used different
